Hi fellow NY'rs. I'm Thomas from upstate. No, not Albany! Way up here in Champlain which is 178 miles north of Albany on Highway 87. Live right on the border to Canada. I grill year round and have 3 grills. The main one is a Char-Broiler Commercial series and my smoker is a Holland I bought at a yard sale for 25 bucks. My "Giants" helment does the charcoal. Running both gas grills off (2) 100 lb tanks with 2 locations and quick disconnects! Looking forward to seeing some great recipies!
