Mr. Colvin, in 7 degree weather, the Char-Griller worked just fine. I worked just fine. Even the car got me to and fro. But the camera lens just frosted up.

Ah, the fresh fall of the pure driven snow, the spine-tingling temps dropping to sub-nothing, icey slush, digging out the car, driving 15MPH to work...time to grill!

Yesterday, I dusted 11 inches of heavy powder off the trusty Chargriller, having made the trek (on foot) to John's Butcher Shoppe, returning with 16 lbs of pork butt...sliced 1.5 inches thick! A large oak log went into the smokebox & I left.

8 hrs. later, those guys were begging to be set free from all that smoke, and I obliged them. Heaven on earth (or, at least, on snow).

Didn't know they had remote control, that's nice. WIll be moving in '11 and probably add to the outdoor kitchen, that's now a likely candidate for addition. Also want to talk to anyone who's used an infrared turkey fryer.

I would never smoke without having a liquid pan.. It keeps things moist and tender... Just my 2 cents.

So far so good, I like it...  Real easy to use, It has a remote control so rolled over in bed this morning. Started Pre-heating it at 5:30 at 6 it was at 250 and the Butt's went on..

We boat there all we can.   But never fished there.  Got a pond behind the house.  me and the grandson like to catch the little bass    :)        Don't want no fish in my boat, unless it has tatar sauce on it.
