Check out the recipe I just posted. It is very good and has a good ginger kick.

Looks good, I will definately give it a try. Thanks. What did you have in the veggie side, did I see potatoes in there?

I used potatoes, sweet potatoes, red and green pepper, onion, portabella mushroom. I usually throw in zuchini, yellow squash, and asparagas but didn't have any handy. I also like to throw in some fresh pineapple. I drizzle bacon grease over the veggies and mix in some garlic and herb seasoning. I grill the potatoes separate because they take longer and then I mix them all together to finish.
