3-4 lbs beef short ribs
1 Cup of water
1/2 cup of worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.....

1) Place the ribs in nonreactive bowl or a zippered plastic bag.Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs.Cover with plastic wrap or seal and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator turning several times.....

2) Remove from refrigerator and let rest at room temperatrure or about one hour

3) Prepare a medium fire in your grill..

4) Drain the ribs and reserve the marinade...Transfer the marinade to a small saucepan, bring to a boil and let simmer for five minutes..

5) Place the ribs directly over the coals , cover and grill...Once theyre browned on both sides, baste frequently with the reserved marinade until brown, crisp, and tender....30-45 minutes..Enjoy!!!!
