Prepare your meat loaf as usual, accept your just going to put in the smoker....The smoker should be set for 250 degrees for about 3 hrs or until the internal temps of the meat reach's 160.......With about a half hour left to your cook, slather some BBQ sauce over the meat......We used Sweet Baby Rays....One note on this recipe, don't be scared if the meat loaf looks lighter than your normal oven meat loaf.....That's the way it cooks......enjoy!
