I've been using this recipe for years for pork ribs

Beer and Spice Ribs

3 12oz bottles of beer (prefer bark beer)

3tbsp Kosher salt

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp  molasses

1tbsp celery seed

1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tbsp crushed red peppwe

1  fresh grounded black pepper

1/2 cup Honey -beer BBQ Sauce

Honey -Beer BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup chopped onions

1or 2 minced garlic cloves

Cook onion and garlic till tender

Stir in  3/4 cup chili sauce  1/2 cup beer 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp prepared mustard

Bring to a boil reduce heat simmer 20 minutes or till it's as thick as you like it

Phil - your German potato salad sounds scrumptious!  I use Splenda in place of sugar, too, and you can't really tell the difference.  Cuts down on my sugar intake.

Oh, and thanks for translating your recipe from the German version!  I love languages but I think I would've had a hard time with that one.  At least we know it's an authentic German potato salad recipe!

No problem... and yes, it is the same as doing a blog post.
Ken & Patti Fisher Comment by Ken & Patti Fisher on March 7, 2011 at 1:19am

Thanks for your time, it looks like the same thing as doing a blog post.

And that I have learned how to do...

Again, thank you for all your time,

Ken

Or if you choose "Full"...

it comes out like this - the text will not be next to the picture.  If you want text next to the picture, choose "left" or "right".

Or in the center it would look...

like this...

Sandra Comment by Sandra on March 7, 2011 at 12:44am

You can adjust the "pixels" up (more) or down (less) to make pictures bigger or smaller.  This is how a picture looks if you choose it to be on the right.

This is one example of how it would look if you choose it to be on the left.

Oh - after you have "browsed" your pictures and selected one, choose where you want your picture to display on your post - left, center, right, etc.  Usually left or right are the best choices.

Sandra Comment by Sandra on March 7, 2011 at 12:39am

Look on the box where you write your post - on the top of it there's a bar.  The second from the left is "Image".  Click on that and a new window will open.  Click the "browse" button, which will take you to pictures on your own computer.  Then just click on the picture you want to post.

If you need more details on that, let me know - I'd be glad to help. :)
