I've been using this recipe for years for pork ribs
Beer and Spice Ribs
3 12oz bottles of beer (prefer bark beer)
3tbsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1tbsp celery seed
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp crushed red peppwe
1 fresh grounded black pepper
1/2 cup Honey -beer BBQ Sauce
Honey -Beer BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup chopped onions
1or 2 minced garlic cloves
Cook onion and garlic till tender
Stir in 3/4 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup beer 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp prepared mustard
Bring to a boil reduce heat simmer 20 minutes or till it's as thick as you like it
Phil - your German potato salad sounds scrumptious! I use Splenda in place of sugar, too, and you can't really tell the difference. Cuts down on my sugar intake.
Oh, and thanks for translating your recipe from the German version! I love languages but I think I would've had a hard time with that one. At least we know it's an authentic German potato salad recipe!

Oh - after you have "browsed" your pictures and selected one, choose where you want your picture to display on your post - left, center, right, etc. Usually left or right are the best choices.
Look on the box where you write your post - on the top of it there's a bar. The second from the left is "Image". Click on that and a new window will open. Click the "browse" button, which will take you to pictures on your own computer. Then just click on the picture you want to post.
