Some states are known for their style of BBQ. You have Kansas City style BBQ, or North Carolina BBQ sauce (vinegar based). My question is what identity in the grilling community do Georgians have? Sound off, I'd love to hear some of your thoughts.

I believe most georgians (like myself) are known for their sweet bbq.........over the years of visiting many bbq joints.....if they are truely from goergia, most likely their bbq is a little on the sweet side..............
Rather than just sweet, if we could create an identity for Georgia, I'd like it to be something on the spicy/sweet side. Maybe take some dry Jamaican jerk rub and mix it with a sweet sauce for a little zing.
