Sandra, this is the traditional way to make Buffalo Wing sauce. It's huge over here in the Northeast. If you punch in buffalo wing sauce into google, you'll get a ton of recipe's and tweaks. Enjoy and let me know how they came out. Will you be grilling these during the winter? If so, bravo to you.

If you want a fast hot sauce, use tobasco and butter. That's essentially what Buffalo Wing sauce is. If you wanted to turn the heat up, add whatever you like to it. Usually diced little bits of Habanero and cayenne raise the stakes nicely.

I have injected chicken with Apple Juice and it's awesome. Pork as well. This now makes much more sense. Go for it, man!
