Congrats to The National Mustard Museum (NMM) on their re-grand opening in their new home located in beautiful downtown Middleton WI. The festivities included the last mustard jar longest mustard jar relay run from Mt. Horeb (old home) to the steps of their new place. The jar was carried by team members of both Mt Horeb and Middleton track teams. Stop b and say hi and wish them well at their Facebook page www.facebook.com/mustardmuseum.

I just tried something new with brats. I smoked them for 2 -3 hrs low and slow. They turned out awsome thebrat seasoning with a smoked sausage taste...mmmmm
I too am from Wisconsin and there are so many different ways that people do brats, I too use only a certain kind of beer so on and so forth and only use fresh brats never frozen and never ever put a brat on a hot dog bun, that's just wrong.
as far as hot dogs go in my house they are either skinless, natural casing or plain old oscar meyer but they are always grilled even in february.
