However, I saw the flood videos on youtube and the news recently.. all I could say is my heart goes out to them especially to my mateys in Toowoomba and in Brisbane.

I've never even lighted a gas grill, so I wouldn't even know how to cook on one of those.

Comment by Eddy Cloud on October 4, 2010 at 12:19pm: G'Day to the smokin'/grillin' mates from Down Under. I worked with a couple of friends from Austrailia in the mid 80's. We had a great time smokin' and one of them became very good at it. When I transferred one of the things they gave me was an Austrailian grilling cookbook. I love that book, just had to learn to translate some of the items to "American."
