
I made this dish for my fiance and I. Just a simple sear of wild shrimp on the grill. The marinade, however, was a last-minute creation. The ingredients were rice vinegar, lemon juice, honey, tarragon, old bay, and smokey paprika. Interesting combination I know, but man, the flavor profile was spot on. This was a random discovery. Who agrees with me...adding two different acids to a marinade boosts every sweet element by 10.
